Our COVID-19 Policy

One of the most catastrophic things to come out of 2020 has been the widespread virus: COVID-19. When this started to take the US by storm in March, Eco Onyx’s CEO Trezelle’s plan was to just close up shop and count it a loss. We all were affected by this, some more than others. Trezelle saw people lose their jobs, lose their homes, and worst of all: lose their loved ones.  It’s been bleak, to say the least.  But it made Trezelle want to really create a change and pivot instead of shutting down. That pivot is now called Eco Onyx, an eco-friendly company that provides luxury cleaning, interior designing, products, and support for small black businesses. 

With all of that said, we still have to keep ourselves and our clients safe in the midst of COVID-19.  As part of our pivot, we are implementing some safety precautions:

  • All our staff will wear masks upon entering your home, and we ask that our clients wear masks within 6 feet of our staff.

  • No contact payment (we have online payment processors for our clients to use on our website, please no cash or check payments)

  • All clients provide their cleaning tools (our cleaning tools list is on the next page)
